State hosts meeting introducing funds for Jan. 22 flood victims in San Diego

On Monday, the California Department of Housing and Community Development was in San Diego to share details of two new programs at a community meeting at the Jackie Robinson YMCA, in support of the victims affected by the historic Jan. 22 flooding.
