While many questions surrounding the assassination of conservative thought leader Charlie Kirk in Utah last week remain, there's no question who to blame for the horrific murder, according to U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn).

"There's no doubt whose fault it is. It's the fault of the left because they have preached this hate against Americans across this country, that believed in the Constitution and the things that this country was built on," Tuberville said Monday on Newsmax's "American Agenda."

Tuberville said the rhetoric from Democrats over the last several years demonizing their political opponents led to Kirk's death, with some leftists now trying to shift blame to Republicans by claiming the assassin, Tyler Robinson, was right-wing.
