A 16-year-old boy has died after falling 75 feet from a freeway overpass while watching an illegal car stunt show in Crockett, California

According to the California Highway Patrol, as cited by SFGate, the teen "climbed over the on-ramp's concrete safety barrier and accidentally fell to the ground below, causing fatal injuries"

Before his death, police had already been called to the area to investigate the show, which involved more than 100 vehicles and fireworks
