Suspect to be charged

Charges are expected to be filed against Tyler Robinson, the man arrested in connection with political activist Charlie Kirk. The FBI saying he is tied to evidence found at the scene. He is expected to face several charges including aggravated murder.

This comes the same day that FBI Director Kash Patel is set to testify on capitol hill to both chambers of congress. Patel faces criticism for his handling of the Kirk investigation by revealing evidence on television as well as falsely saying a suspect was in custody.
