WASHINGTON, D. C. -U.S. Sen. Bernie Moreno delivered an impassioned Senate floor speech on Monday that denounced people who compare others to Nazis, despite the Westlake Republican himself comparing Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer to Hitler earlier this year.

In remarks that sought a moment of silence to honor Turning Point USA leader Charlie Kirk, who was murdered last week while addressing a college audience in Utah, Moreno denounced those “actively cheering” the assassination and likening Kirk to a Nazi or fascist.
