Market Basket, the popular grocery store chain embroiled in a family feud, has named a new interim CEO.

The store’s board announced this morning that CFO Donald Mulligan will now take over the reins after former chief Arthur T. Demoulas was fired.

The Board of Directors of Market Basket has named longtime Chief Financial Officer, Donald T. Mulligan as Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company, where he has worked for the past 42 years.
