Clemson University announced on Sept. 16 that it has dismissed two faculty members as it investigates social media posts made about Charlie Kirk's death.

The school had come under fire for alleged inappropriate posts made by faculty and staff members following Kirk's death on Sept. 10. Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA, was shot and killed at an event on Utah Valley University's campus.
