PITTSBURGH -- Pittsburgh Steelers defensive lineman Isaiahh Loudermilk is expected to miss multiple games moving forward with a high ankle sprain, a source told PennLive. Loudermilk was on crutches and in a boot on Sunday after the game, and prognosis revealed a multi-week injury that will sideline Loudermilk at least through the team’s bye week.

Instead, it will be more Yahya Black, Logan Lee, and Daniel Ekuale moving forward for the Steelers. Derrick Harmon is still hoping to return soon from an MCL sprain.

Loudermilk has primarily played as a five-technique for the team, but has kicked out to edge rusher and even played inside at nose tackle when injuries have hit the team. He has started five games in his career and played in 16 games for the Steelers in 2024.
