After a successful pilot project that took place earlier this year, the City of St. Albert has decided to renew the Youth Clubhouse as continuous programming to take place from September to June.

The free gathering place is located at the Akinsdale Clubhouse at 36 Alpine Boulevard and is reserved for youth aged 12 to 18.

The program runs every Tuesday and Wednesday from 3:15 to 5:15 p.m. and hosts many activities and workshops for teens to enjoy. No registration is required.

Plans for the fall of 2025 include leaf printing, life skills, dot art and a Y2K-themed karaoke party.

Teens don’t have to participate in the events if they don’t wish to do so, instead using it as a location to hang out with friends.
