SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - The former leader of a private school in Shreveport has been sentenced to prison in Delaware.

The former head of school at Southfield School in Shreveport, Justin Smith, was sentenced to 15 years in prison on one count of child porn. The charges were filed while Smith was serving as head of school at St. Anne’s Episcopal School in Middletown, Del. In February, he was fired from that school after the allegations of child sexual exploitation surfaced.

The Delaware Superior Court says he will serve four years in prison, then five years on probation. The remaining years of the sentence were suspended.
