DALLAS — A Dallas water park is set to get a $2.5 million-plus refresh, including new aquatic play structures.
The Coconut Cove play structure at Bahama Beach Waterpark at 1895 Campfire Circle in southern Dallas is set to be replaced after the Dallas City Council approved a contract of up to $2,504,498 with Kraftsman Commercial Playgrounds and Water Parks for the project.
The Bahama Beach waterpark boasts a lazy river, splash pad, slides, a pool and more.
The Coconut Cove structure will be replaced with a new Vortex Elevation system with 16 decks, 55 interactive water features, six waterslides, and three super splash dump features, according to a filing with the city.
