CLEVELAND, Ohio — Cordelia chef Vinnie Cimino was featured on “CBS Mornings” Tuesday, highlighting his recent accomplishment of being named one of Food & Wine magazine’s Best New Chefs of 2025.

Cimino appeared alongside host Tony Dokoupil during “The Dish” segment on the Sept. 16 episode. Cordelia, 2058 E. 4th Street, was highlighted for its modern grandma-inspired menu and vibe, with dishes like the Burger Box, pork belly and asparagus carbonara getting a shout-out. He also demonstrated how to make Cordelia’s seasonal tomato toast.

“We built this space to be a resemblance of who we are as people, how we grew up,” Cimino said during the segment.
