Why do some pages have black-and-white photos and others don’t? Usually we don’t have full-color capability on all pages. There are technical reasons for this: the presses for the most part aren’t configured to print every page in color. Ideally, every photo would be in color. But, sometimes the artistry of the photographer comes out in a black-and-white picture. Our website, siouxcityjournal.com , has all of the photos in color.
