Vince Neil revealed that he suffered a stroke the day after this past Christmas, which caused him to lose control of his left side.

In speaking with the Las Vegas Review-Journal , the Motley Crue lead singer discussed the scary incident and why the band ultimately had to postpone the start of its residency at Dolby Live at Park MGM from March to September.

Neil said everything was fine when he went to bed Christmas Day 2024, but the next day, he couldn’t get out of bed. The singer noted he had a stroke while he was sleeping. After suffering the medical emergency, Neil spoke about the lengthy recovery process he had to go through.
