COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - After College Station City Council unanimously voted to not move forward with the proposed plan to build a data center on Midtown Drive and Corporate Parkway last week, City Councilwoman Melissa McIlhaney suggested a small area plan for Midtown.

“The first thing to do is to plan the plan,” she began. “In the spirit of what we did with the Northgate small area plan, I would like to see something like that at Midtown.”
