STATESBORO, Ga. (WTOC) - Savannah and Statesboro locals have been named to the Georgia Southern University Alumni Association’s “40 Under 40” Class of 2025, according to a press release from the school.

The honor recognizes alumni who have made significant strides in business, leadership, community, educational or philanthropic endeavors.

Here are the nominees in our area, according to that press release.

Savannah area GSU honorees

Lindsey Brown (’14, ’17) earned bachelor’s degrees in biology and nursing. She is the clinical nurse manager for pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital of Savannah.

Chris Nowicki (’08, ’12) earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and a Master of Education. He is a customer delivery executive with Gulfstream Aerospace.
