One of America's "first sons" is coming out with a new memoir.
Eric Trump announced his book "Under Siege: My Family's Fight to Save Our Nation" on Sept. 5, and the synopsis promises it will give an "unfiltered look at the highs and lows of life in the Trump world." After the shooting of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, Eric Trump said on X he would donate a portion of the proceeds to the organization Kirk founded, Turning Point USA.
President Donald Trump applauded his son's book in a Truth Social post on Sept. 15.
"MY son Eric’s just out book, 'UNDER SIEGE,' immediately went to NUMBER ONE on Amazon," the post read. "Great going Eric, you deserve it!!!" The book was listed at No. 4 on Amazon bestsellers list as of Sept. 16.
Eric Trump's memoir will be released Oct. 14 by Threshold Editions, an imprint of Simon & Schuster. Coincidentally, his stepmother's best-selling memoir, "Melania" by Melania Trump, marks a one-year publishing milestone Oct. 8.
