CEDAR CITY, Utah (ABC4) — A father living in Cedar City has been arrested for intentional or knowing child abuse after biting his daughter hard enough to leave a mark.

The man has not been formally charged yet, and ABC4 is not identifying him in order to protect the identity of the victim.
