RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - One man has been sentenced to 10-25 years in prison for drug crimes, while another has been convicted of similar drug offenses.
Kengji Battle pled guilty to trafficking a controlled substance. He was arrested during a traffic stop by the Reno Police Department in September of last year after police learned he had been trafficking fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine.
A search of his car uncovered three pounds of meth, a quarter pound of cocaine, and 0.33 pounds of fentanyl.
Meanwhile, Efrain Salazar-Gurrrola has been convicted of trafficking a controlled substance.
RPD says they were told Gurrola was selling heroin and meth in September of 2022. In an operation with the Regional Narcotics Unit, a meeting was set up with Gurrola, who was arrested after trying to ru
