MINDEN, Neb. (KSNB) - A Minden teenager will spend time in jail for possession of child pornography.
Court records show a judge sentenced James Space, 18, to six months in jail and two years probation for six counts of possession of child pornography.
He was convicted in May after a plea deal in which six other child porn charges were dropped.
Documents detailing what led to Space’s arrest were sealed by the court. The criminal complaint, alleges that Space “did knowingly and intentionally possess any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct which has a child, other than the defendant as one of its participants or portrayed observers.”
The complaint described explicit sexual content featuring children estimated ages 4 to 14-years-old.
