GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) - A Grand Island man is accused of trying to entice a 13-year-old girl he knew over Snapchat.

Joseph Boucher, 36, is charged with child enticement by electronic device, a Class 1D felony, as well as enticement by electronic device, a Class 4 felony.

Grand Island Police received a report in mid-August from a 13-year-old who said she had received a sexually explicit image form from the man via Snapchat.

According to the arrest affidavit, the conversation between the two showed Boucher knew the girl, along with her grade as well as her pet.

According to the affidavit, the victim told police that Boucher sent her sexually explicit photos, inappropriate messages while he stated he was naked in his backyard.
