PHOENIXVILLE — The Phoenixville Area High School Marching Phantoms will host the annual Phestival of Bands, a Cavalcade of Bands competition, on Saturday, Sept. 20, at Washington Field.

Sponsored by the Phantom Music Boosters, the event features 13 high school bands, including an exhibition performance by the Phoenixville Marching Phantoms. Each show features a unique blend of music, drill (choreography), and visual design. Each band has 12 minutes to set up, perform, and clear the field.
