Moore joins students, local officials for new elementary school's ceremonial groundbreaking

Equipped with a blue-handled shovel, Gov. Wes Moore on a windy Tuesday joined students from Frederick County Public Schools to ceremonially break ground on a new elementary school.

The governor cheered with students, FCPS staff members, and state and local elected officials as the group turned over fresh dirt prior to the ceremony's start.
