PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. — The Pigeon Forge Police Department has released an incident report following the fall Rod Run weekend, showing crews made nearly 100 arrests during the event.
The report shows responses from Thursday, Sept. 11 to Monday, Sept. 15.
According to the report, PFPD along with the Tennessee Highway Patrol, responded to 1,027 calls for service, issued 702 citations and made a total of 96 arrests.
Compared to 2024, some of the numbers were slightly higher. During the 2024 fall Rod Run weekend, officers responded to 1,006 calls for service and arrested 85 people. However, they issued close to 150 fewer citations in 2025, with police handing out more than 862 in 2024.
Crews also responded to 33 crashes during the weekend.
