A motorcyclist died after crashing off the road on Tuesday in Saint-Eustache, in the Laurentians.
Sûreté du Québec was called to Highway 640 around 2:30 p.m., where officers found the man in critical condition. After receiving resuscitation, he was transported to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
According to initial reports, the driver was heading west. He reportedly lost control of his vehicle while taking the ramp to Highway 13 South and collided with a guardrail. He was then ejected from his vehicle.
A police officer trained in collision investigations attended the scene to establish the causes and circumstances of this incident.
