Montreal mayoral candidates are to face off in a townhall-style debate Tuesday night as the campaign gets into full swing.

Soraya Martinez Ferrada of Ensemble Montréal, Luc Rabouin of Projet Montréal and Craig Sauvé of Transition Montréal are set to take questions from Montrealers.

The themes for the night’s debate are: • Integration of citizen participation in community development • Inclusion of marginalized voices • territorial equity between the various parties.

The debate is being dubbed as “citizen dialogue” by organizers Transition en commun (TEC) and the Institut du nouveau monde (INM) and will take place at the BAnQ auditorium.

It’s moderated by Maude Goyer, an independent journalist.
