ORONOCO, Minn. — People’s Energy Cooperative (PEC) is seeking qualified housing developers for the Oronoco Crossings Housing Project on a 5.25-acre site in Oronoco. The Cooperative has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to find a partner who can deliver a residential solution that maximizes space while complying with local zoning codes.
