FARMERSVILLE, Texas — Classroom video has now been released from inside a Farmersville ISD classroom, showing the moments when the teacher allegedly used excessive force and improper restraint on a 6-year-old student with special needs.
The incident reportedly happened Aug. 15 at Tatum Elementary School.
The student, Bobby Jaxx, was in class when the video shows a teacher taking a toy from him.
Bobby can be seen picking up an inflatable ball, throwing it, and threatening to throw it again. That’s when you can see in the video the teacher gets up, chases him, and eventually lifts him off the ground as he tries to run away.
