BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - A new partnership will create more smiles for kids who need dental care in the central and western part of the state.

A $75,000 grant will allow Bismarck State College to purchase 3D imaging equipment and new sterilization equipment for the college’s new dental clinic.

It will provide care to underserved youth while providing real-world training for future students.

The grant money is from the Otto Bremer Trust and is administered through the North Dakota Community Foundation.

“A huge gap many families struggle to find accessible pediatric dental services that are affordable. So BSC Mystic smiles is here to provide both,” said Tagin Brickhouse, a pediatric dentist.
