The Cold War Memorial Peace Pavilion is starting to come together at Voice of America Park in West Chester.

The centerpiece of the memorial will be a full-size replica of the USS Cincinnati, with construction expected to be completed in 2026. Advertisement

The exhibit will weigh 6,000 tons and measure 361 feet long, roughly the length of an NFL football field.
