FAIRMONT, W.Va. — Detectives with the Fairmont Police Department have arrested the suspect in an early Monday shooting and filed attempted murder charges against him.
Antonio Evans, 29, was taken into custody Tuesday morning, according to police.
Evans has been charged with attempted murder for the Monday incident and arson, destruction of property related to a vehicle fire last month.
Evans is in the North Central Regional Jail on a $1 million bond.
