TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - Pima County residents are advised to mail back ballots on Tuesday ahead of the Special General Election for Congressional District 7.

The Pima County Recorder's Office is advising residents that the recommended day to mail ballots back is on Sept. 16, to make sure their vote is counted for in the CD7 election.

After Tuesday, residents who have a ballot can still drop it off at any Pima County Voting location or 24/7 Ballot Drop Box .

Residents can check their eligibility through the Voter Registration Dashboard .

Election Day is Sept. 23. Early Voting will take place until Sept. 19. The in-person Early Voting Sites can be found online.
