ORO VALLEY, Ariz. (KVOA) - A new court is coming to town as The Picklr, North America's fastest-growing pickleball franchise, opens its doors in Oro Valley.

The grand opening celebration of The Picklr, 11855 N. Oracle Road, will take place at the new 30,000-square-foot club, featuring 11 indoor courts with high-quality outdoor-style surfacing, according to a news release.

From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the community is invited to enjoy friendly competitions with top players like 2024 #1 PPA Senior Singles player Josh Cooperman and local pro Rio Newcombe.

The event will include guided tours, food trucks and the chance to meet Picklr coaches and staff. Raffles, prizes and the last opportunity to purchase discounted Founders Memberships will also be available.
