An arrest has been made after Beyoncé ‘s unreleased music and other sensitive documents were stolen from a rental car ahead of her Cowboy Carter Tour’s Atlanta stops in July.

According to the Atlanta Police Department, Kelvin Evans was taken into custody on Aug. 26 and booked into the Fulton County Jail. Billboard reported that Evans has been charged with one felony count of entering automobile or other motor vehicle with intent to commit theft or felony. His bond is set at $20,000 with a preliminary hearing set for Wednesday.
