An 18-year-old from Cape Cod who is accused of threatening to commit a school shooting in Massachusetts is expected to post bail.

Ian Fotheringham of Falmouth was charged with threatening to use a deadly weapon in a public building, Cape & Islands District Attorney Robert J. Galibois and Falmouth police Chief Jeff Lourie said last week. Latest Forecast

According to Galibois and Lourie, the Falmouth Police Department first received a tip about Fotheringham in August.
