NATICK, Mass. —

The town of Natick issued a water ban, prohibiting most outdoor water use, as Massachusetts is under a Level 2 significant drought status.

The Charles River in Natick was low Tuesday night, with its tall banks exposed. Nearby vegetation was noticeably dry as well.
