Meteorologist Tony Pann says to expect rain showers, breezy and cool conditions across Maryland as off-and-on scattered showers are likely into Tuesday night and Wednesday.

Higher wind gusts are possible on the Eastern Shore, which could see gusts as high as 40 mph.
