A slow-moving coastal system continues to impact the Philadelphia region with clouds, showers, below-normal temperatures and breezy to windy conditions. Wednesday looks like the more active day when clouds and on and off showers will be around for most of the day, along with heavy rain at times, especially during the first half of the day.
Overall rainfall totals will range widely, from areas west picking up a tenth of an inch or so. Other parts of South Jersey may get 1-2 inches of rain.

Winds will also continue to gust 25 to 35 mph during the day on Wednesday, mainly closer to shore locations.
