MOULTONBOROUGH, N.H. —

Actor Nicholas Braun, who was arrested in New Hampshire over Labor Day weekend, pleaded not guilty to his charges.

Braun waived his arraignment and plead not guilty to charges of DUI, a misdemeanor, and operating without lights, a violation, according to court documents.

Court documents said Braun was driving on Lee Road in Moultonborough around 10:50 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 29, while under the influence.

He was released on personal recognizance and his bail order said he shall not use any alcohol or any narcotic drug or controlled substance.

Braun, 37, recently starred in the hit HBO show “Succession," playing Greg Hirsch.
