The sustainability claims for proposed artificial turf at Ogren Park haven’t been substantiated. An Aug. 21 Missoulian article stated: “Artificial turf experts said ... that new products could be created without PFAS, or harmful synthetic chemicals, be completely recyclable and have a drainage system that would keep runoff away from the river.”
