Chesaning swept the boys and girls divisions, claiming first places at the New Lothrop Hornet Cross Country Invitational at Owosso Speedway.

The Indians claimed the boys title with 27 points, followed by Ovid-Elsie with 40, New Lothrop with 71 and Morrice with 88. Chesaning’s Jaxon Hemgesberg took first in 18 minutes, 41.42 seconds, followed by teammate Jobriel Octubre in second place in 18:46.17
