HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) - A nonprofit dedicated to helping foster kids and families prepares to hold two open houses.
The first one is this Thursday in Princeton. The Isaiah 1:17 Project is cutting the ribbon on its new "Family Care Connection Space" at the YMCA. The ribbon cutting is at 12 p.m. Organizers say there will be activities and food trucks. Officials say the new facility will help them better serve foster kids during visits with case workers.
The Isaiah 1:17 Project is also opening doors at its new office in Evansville. An open house is being held from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. on September 26.
