W hen Amin Yousefpour debuted Voyage by Chef Amin in March 2022, he wanted the name to emulate both his culinary path and personal journey.
“I’ve been a canoe paddler for seven years and the lessons I’ve learned on the ocean’s rhythm — teamwork and respect for nature — carry over into how I approach food and hospitality,” he says. “Just like paddling, every dish is part of a voyage, connecting cultures, flavors and people.”
