Naked man seen walking down busy city road

A woman has described her terror after encountering a man walking down a busy city road. The woman was walking down Topsham Road in Exeter when the bizarre encounter took place in the early hours of Saturday, September 13.

She says she saw the man darting in and out of bushes ahead of her with no clothes on. She then called 999 and flagged down a passing van and ask for a lift.

A video of the incident shows the man walking naked down the road. Police confirmed that officers gave the man a lift home, finding his clothes on the way.

The woman posted: "Actually never been so f***** scared in my whole life, walkin home and this man is butt f***** naked walking along Topsham Rd, tried walkin past and he's just coming towards me not saying anything,
