CLEVELAND — Two Ohio lawmakers are pushing new legislation they say will send a strong message against political violence.
Ohio Representatives Jack Daniels (R-New Franklin) and Josh Williams (R-Sylvania Township) have announced legislation aimed at strengthening the state’s hate crime statutes by enhancing penalties for politically motivated violence.
