CORNING, N.Y. (WETM) — A Corning man was indicted on 14 criminal counts in September on charges relating to a bank robbery in Addison back in August, according to information from the Steuben County District Attorney's Office.

Dominick W. Bova, 27, was indicted on Thursday, Sept. 11, by a Steuben County Grand Jury on the following 14 counts: • Two counts of robbery in the first degree, a class B felony. • Two counts of robbery in the second degree, a class C felony. • One count of grand larceny in the third degree, a class D felony. • One count of coercion in the second degree, a class D felony. • One count of intimidating a witness in the third degree, a class D felony. • Three counts of tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony. • One count of criminal possession
