MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - The state Department of Public Instruction is investigating the educator licenses of the principal of Sun Prairie West High School, the agency confirmed Wednesday.

DPI records show several teaching and administrator licenses over the years for Jennifer Ploeger.

All teaching licenses, with the exception of an emergency teacher license, and administrative licenses are under investigation.

The DPI records show Ploeger’s administrative license is set to expire on June 30, 2028.

DPI spokesperson Chris Bucher said the agency cannot comment any further on the investigation, citing Wisconsin state statutes that require all information to remain confidential.
