TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - Staying hot with little to no rain chance heading into the weekend.
A hot and dry afternoon is expected with no showers once again. The lack of rainfall is up to 19 days including today, which is leading to increased fire danger across North Florida and South Georgia.
Rain chances will stay very low over the next few days, but a light spotty shower or two cannot be ruled out. Highs will stay in the low 90s. Morning lows will start to moderate each day with numbers in the 60s, instead of the 50s we saw over the last few mornings.
Moisture will start to work back into the area late Sunday and early next week. That should help to at least bring in some small rain chances for some the Big Bend and South Georgia. Many spots need the rain since it has been between o
