A Dallas couple has a story to tell their daughter about the day she arrived in the world, and it was all caught on camera.

It was a race against time when Angelica Martinez started having contractions two blocks from Methodist Dallas Medical Center on Sept. 2.

Luis Mendoza drove her to the hospital with hazards on, but when he arrived, all he could do was tell the valet to get help as he jumped into action.

"The baby's head started coming out. I rushed to the lobby and the first thing I did is just get out and go around to the passenger side and help deliver the baby," said Mendoza. "As soon as I get around and delivered the baby, everyone started coming out from the hospital."
