SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — A wanted felon surrendered Tuesday after a four-hour standoff at a Spokane Valley apartment complex, according to the Spokane County Sheriff's Office.

Isaac J. Tucker, 23, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. after barricading himself in a bathroom and refusing to exit, deputies said.

Around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to an apartment near South Park Road and East Fourth Avenue after reports that Tucker refused to leave a residence where he didn’t live, authorities said. They discovered he had an active felony warrant for DOC escape related to third-degree assault.
